    1. Can’t comment on your site so I’ll do it here:

      128 oz, that’s more than 3,5 liter!!
That is far too much. Even my nephrologist says so. My cardiologist says 1,5 to 2 liters is already at the high side for healthy people.

      Cocos macaroons…Yummy!!!

  1. My answers:
    How’s your water intake?
Always not as good as it should be in the winter, I try and make sure I drink regularly as I find it easier to remember to do that if the weather is hot. I usually try to drink around 2L a day, and that’s easily achievable.

What do you eat specifically for its health benefits?
I make fresh sourdough bread as I like how it has no sugars and I know exactly what is in it and it’s easier to digest (plus it has natural probiotics in it).

What do you avoid specifically because it’s unhealthy?
Very high fat/high sugar foods. They are treats rather than part of our normal diet.

What foods or beverages put you in a good mood?
Anything tasty! I like it if I try a new recipe and it’s really delicious.

What are your favourite cookie, pie, and pastry? I don’t often eat cookies/pastries, but I do love a Palmier from the French bakery Paul. Buttery yumminess! If we are in London we usually make a diversion to the Paul bakery near the Strand to pick one up to bring home. Of course, we also love afternoon tea!
